Friday, Nov 13th

Doors Open at 5pm
Artists' Market: 5pm - 9pm
Sistrum Cafe: 5pm - 7:30pm
Janis Ian Film & Q&A: 7:30pm

Saturday, Nov 14th

Doors Open at 10am
Artists' Market: 10:00am - 7:30pm
Silent Auction Opens: 5:30pm
Sistrum Cafe: 10:00am - 2:30pm, 3:30-7:30pm
Day Stage: noon-5:00pm
Silent Auction Closes: 5:30pm
Night Stage: Aybil 6:30-8pm
Official AfterParty & Dance @ Harry's Place: TBA-11pm

We Need Volunteers!

We are a word-of-mouth, community and volunteer-inspired festival.
Please click here to sign up for a volunteer shift or help us by spreading the word!

Volunteer

The Women in the Arts Festival is a completely volunteer-organized and -run event. We rely on help from the community to keep things running smoothly. Typically, volunteer shifts are 2-3 hours long.

*Anyone signing up for a 2-hour shift (or more) will receive a shirt and 1 concert ticket. Sign up by October 16 to reserve your “Volunteer” shirt.

Volunteer shifts:

  • Friday Festival Setup (10am-1pm, includes lunch!)
  • Vendor Welcome (Fri., 2pm-5pm)
  • Welcome Table
  • Festival Floater
  • Stage Door/Usher
  • Saturday Evening Festival Cleanup* (7-10pm)

 *Volunteers for this shift will also receive a free WITA Tote bag and a ticket to Janis Ian Film Screening and Q&A
